Our contractors are able to solve any property defects as well as take on full refurbishments, extensions and conversions. We are able to project manage all aspects of the project and frequently deal with planning, legal and building regulations. We also source financing and, in some cases can finance projects ourselves. We handle refurbishments for existing landlord clients and for landlords who manage their own portfolios. From conversions to extensions, the design and build is always done to attract respectable tenants and command higher yields.
